Sigma bonds: 36. Pi bonds: 10. We know this entire structure is made of single and double bonds. The instructions say there are some hydrogen bonds missing from the image, thus we count the pi from the double bonds, then the sigma from those bonds (both equal 10). Then, you count the number of single bonds, this is 14, (14+10=24). Then we count the number of hydrogen bonds on the outside of the structure; this is 12 (add 24+12=36).
